Program Objectives

Engage leaders to adopt the leadership mentality of leading people and managing processes;

Equip them with clear and practical leadership tools and applications to create new work habits;

Monitor & Coaching their progress via each individual Personal Action Plans;

Align them with their organizational leadership behavioural expectations and values;

This Module builds the foundation of the whole program and starts the journey of self-discovery and understanding of what is leadership; ie leading self and others and managing processes; as well as how to become an influential communicator in face-to-face scenarios.
They will learn and practice techniques and skills to:

Enhance their leadership effectiveness in leading self and people at work to achieve results;

Provide their understanding and application of the idea that all leaders need to manage processes and lead people simultaneously because both functions are equally important;

Become highly influential communicators when collaborating with their superiors, peers and subordinates to enhance effectiveness and results;

Manage themselves better and interact with others effectively; and
-
Enhance personal and team productivity and results.

M2.3: Coaching
This Module provides the Cohorts with practical techniques and skills as a leader to build their team members. They will embrace the coaching attitude and coach people constantly. They will be able to delegate effectively to build their subordinates’ competencies and commitment as well as to collaborate effectively in conflict situations to produce win-win results.
They will learn and practice the techniques and skills to:

Use coaching techniques to equip people to accomplish tasks and projects productively;

Delegate correctly to build people’s competencies and commitment; and
-
Constantly behave in a collaborative manner and engage in conflicts to get to win-win outcomes.
