Research is constantly evolving, especially regarding sleep, so I pride myself on continuing to hone my skills by undertaking further training on a regular basis.

This builds on my BSc in Psychology along with my initial training with Dana Obleman and her Sleep Sense programme for children, as well as multiple courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) for my work with teenagers and adults.

My certifications include Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and Brief Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. I am also a Certified Wellness Coach as part of my holistic approach to helping those I work with.

My knowledge isn’t all from books. My youngest daughter’s difficulties with sleep were the driving force for me wanting to help others regain the sleep they need, especially as I previously had frequent problems with my own sleep, so knew first hand just how debilitating lack of sleep can be.

As a member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants as well as comprehensive insurance and an up-to-date Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check, you know you are in safe hands when you work with me. I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office and comply with GDPR.

Chris Wong is a highly experienced and well-credentialed yoga teacher with 17 years of teaching experience. She is an E-RYT500 certified teacher under the tutelage of Jason Crandell, a recognition of her expertise and dedication to the practice of yoga. Chris's teaching style is centered on helping students make connections with their awareness and empowering them to make informed choices based on their own experience. She encourages curiosity and critical thinking, inviting students to be present in the moment and fully engage in their practice.

In addition to her extensive background in yoga, Chris is also a highly sought-after educator and mentor. She was the Program Coach for the Flow Yoga at Fitness First Malaysia, the largest fitness club in the region, and has served as a Trainer for the Bridging Course for Celebrity Fitness Yoga Instructors. As a Mentor for new yoga trainees and instructors, Chris is dedicated to helping others develop their skills and deepen their understanding of yoga.

As a teacher of the RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training Course at Samana Yoga in KL, Chris has helped many aspiring yoga teachers launch their careers. She is also the Founder and Head Coach of bE Present, a yoga and wellness startup that focuses on educating, exploring, and experiencing yoga and mindfulness with students. With her passion for teaching and deep understanding of yoga, Chris has taught thousands of yoga practitioners and introduced thousands more to the beautiful world of yoga.
